- Each contestant has to commit to 3 months, (come on it's only 90 days)
- Must take before and after pics each month with sports bra for women & shirts off for guys
- Must weigh in and take measurements each week

MEN:
Men should take their before and after photos in just a pair of shorts to show their results - judging is based heavily on the actual physical transformation and to have the best chance of winning we need to see your results!

WOMEN:
Women should take your before and after photos in a bathing suit or shorts and a sports bra - judging is based heavily on the actual physical transformation and to have the best chance of winning we need to see your results!

TIPS:
Both men & women may wear a tank top in the photos if necessary, but keep in mind it will not show off as much of your results.

When taking pics put hands behind head to see body fat loss around rib cage area
